A parent-zone page passes review when four things are true: (1) every recommendation aligns with current AAP safe-sleep guidance or is explicitly flagged when it does not; (2) age-band claims cite the source data (Galland et al. for sleep durations, current consultant-consensus tables for wake windows); (3) language is non-judgmental — parents read this content tired and worried, and the tone matters; (4) the page distinguishes “most babies” from “your baby” and tells the reader when to see a pediatrician.

Pages awaiting review are labelled “Edited by” rather than “Medically reviewed by.” The label flips when sign-off is complete and the dated reviewer credit appears.
